CYB1500 series clamp-type pressure transmitter


1 Introduction

CYB1500 series clamp-type pressure transmitter adopts our company’s high-reliability clamp-type silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor as its core components. After temperature compensation, digital circuit correction and signal conditioning, it outputs standard industrial signals. Products have been carefully designed, component screening, process verification and curing, cyclic loading and aging, environmental simulation testing and other processes to ensure that each product is stable and reliable.

8 Precautions

8.1 Standard KF clamp interface and standard seals must be used to ensure a good and effective seal and prevent leakage of the measured medium, causing pollution or accidents.

8.2 Small range sensors need to explain the installation direction in order to clear the influence of gravity.

8.3 When selecting high-temperature products, there must be good ventilation at the heat sink.

8.4 Gauge pressure products with a range of less than 3MPa are equipped with vent holes or vent cables, and it is necessary to prevent the vent holes from being blocked.

8.5 The diaphragm of this series of products is exposed, do not remove the sensor protective cover before installation to prevent damage to the sensor diaphragm.
