CYBK0100 Series Electronic Pressure Switch

1. Brief Introduction

CYBK series pressure switch is a measurement and control component integrating pressure measurement and control. This series of products mainly use silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor as the pressure sensitive core, and can also be equipped with ceramic capacitor, sapphire, sputtered film and other pressure sensors. After programmable digital circuit correction and signal conditioning, the standard industrial application signal and switching value signal are output. According to different use modes, the product can output 1 to 4 groups of switching signals, which can realize the control of up to 4 pressure points. The customer can set the switching point freely according to the use needs.

According to its own characteristics, CYBK series products can be divided into external modulation type, explosion-proof type, digital display type and other models to meet different application needs of users.

6. Precautions

   6.1 Sealing measures shall be taken at the connection of pressure interface to prevent the leakage of pressurized liquid from causing pollution or accident.

   6.2 Filter and buffer measures shall be taken at the pressure interface end to prevent sensor damage caused by particles or impact.

   6.3 The temperature and humidity of the working environment shall meet the requirements of the product manual. If the environmental conditions are harsh, it must be explained when ordering.

   6.4 The sensing diaphragm of the pure flat film sensor is exposed. It is strictly prohibited to touch it in any form, otherwise it may cause irreversible damage to the transmitter.
