In order to ensure the safety of employees, Huatian Group has taken various effective measures to build a line of defense against epidemic diseases and ensure the well-being of employees.

In order to eliminate the hidden dangers caused by the lack of masks, the group contacted the source in advance and resumed the work, and immediately issued N95 masks to the employees, allowing employees to wear masks throughout the factory and living areas. At the same time, strict temperature screening is carried out for the personnel entering the factory or community, and the family area. The temperature of the employees on the job is measured and recorded every morning and afternoon, and each company and department reports the tracking status of the employees’ health status daily. Send medical reports to abnormal situations in time to ensure the safety of employees.

For epidemic prevention, disinfection is the key. In order to eliminate the source of infection, the Group’s Ministry of Safety and Environmental Protection conducts full-scale disinfection of Plant 1, Plant 2, Huatian Hotel, Yonghong Guest House, Yonghong Home, Huatian Community, Huatian Home, and Huatian Apartment every day. The power system is also equipped with 220 sets of ultraviolet anti-virus lamps to ensure the safety of air conditioning.

In order to prevent employees from gathering, the group closes the smoking area of ​​the factory area, and also prohibits anyone from gathering smoke at the door of the company. It is also forbidden for employees to gather smoking, chat, hang out or dinner in the company and living areas.

At the same time, the Group has set up observation rooms in Huatian Hotel and Yonghong Guest House. Those returning from outside the province, or taking public transportation, or suffering from colds such as fever, cough, etc. (all diagnosed by the hospital), or having contact with personnel in the affected area, or living in the same village (community) as the personnel in the affected area ) Employees to observe in single rooms. In order to show concern for staying employees, during the stay period, the Administration Department delivers meals every day to ensure employees’ lives; their salary is handled according to sick leave.
