Introduction | CYX5001 differential series oil-filled pressure sensor is a differential pressure sensitive device isolated by stainless steel double corrugated diaphragm, the measured differential pressure is transmitted to the silicon pressure sensitive element through the isolation diaphragm and the silicone oil filling, which realizes the accurate measurement of differential pressure. The sensor selects the international advanced high stability and high precision silicon pressure chip, adopts the sintered seat of stress optimization design, and is produced through the process of SMD, gold wire bonding, diaphragm welding, high vacuum oil filling, pressure cycle stress relief, high temperature aging, temperature compensation and so on. CYX5001 Differential Pressure Series assembly dimensions and sealing methods are in line with the international 50 chuck interface standard, with good interchangeability. This product is mainly used in pharmaceutical, food and other industries with high cleanliness requirements for pressure testing. |
