Introduction | The CYX39 series is a medium-isolated high-precision pressure sensor. The product uses internationally advanced, highly stable, and highly reliable diffusion silicon chips, which are encapsulated in a 316L stainless steel structure with an outer diameter of 19 mm. Through processes such as chip mounting, gold wire bonding, diaphragm welding, and high-vacuum oil filling, the product meets industrial measurement requirements. The product eliminates residual stress through structural optimization and fatigue pulsation processing, significantly improving its temperature drift performance (typical value ≤0.5% FS @ 25℃, range ≥10 kPa), outperforming conventional products. It is suitable for scenarios requiring long-term continuous monitoring (such as process industries and liquid level monitoring), reducing calibration frequency and lowering maintenance costs. |
